Contacting support feels like shouting into the void—responses are slow, generic, and rarely helpful. For a company that brands itself as the gateway to crypto, it does a great job of making users feel like they have zero control over their assets. Instead of true financial freedom, Coinbase offers a frustrating, centralized experience that defeats the purpose of crypto entirely.
