Hard to Trust
Coingate seems promising at first, but it quickly becomes frustrating. The platform is slow to load, and transactions often take longer than they should. Fees are on the higher side, and there's little clarity about additional charges. Customer support is lacking, with responses taking too long and offering little value. Overall, Coingate feels outdated and inefficient, making it hard to rely on for smooth crypto payments.

Reliable but Not Revolutionary
Coingate offers a solid payment gateway for businesses to accept crypto payments, supporting over 50 cryptocurrencies and offering features like invoicing and merchant tools. The integration process is relatively simple, and it provides both online and POS solutions. Fees can be on the higher side, and some users report delays in payment processing. While the platform is generally reliable, it lacks advanced features found in newer crypto payment processors. Additionally, customer support could be improved as response times can be slow. Coingate is a good option for basic crypto payments, but it doesn't stand out in the crowded market of crypto payment solutions.

Crypto Payment Gateway
Coingate is a cryptocurrency payment gateway that enables businesses to accept payments in various cryptocurrencies, including Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Litecoin. It offers seamless integration with e-commerce platforms like Shopify and WooCommerce, making it accessible for merchants. Coingate provides a user-friendly interface and the option to convert crypto payments to fiat, reducing volatility risks. Security features include encrypted payment processing and two-factor authentication (2FA). However, fees may be higher compared to traditional payment methods, and customer support could be improved. Overall, Coingate is a versatile solution for businesses looking to expand payment options to include crypto.

Disappointing
Using CoinGate has been frustrating. Transactions were frequently delayed or failed without clear reasons, causing major inconvenience. The platform’s fees are high compared to alternatives, and the user interface is outdated and clunky. Customer support was slow and largely unhelpful, offering generic responses that didn’t resolve my issues. Security measures also feel inadequate, leaving me concerned about the safety of my funds. CoinGate’s poor performance, high fees, and lack of reliable support make it hard to recommend for smooth and secure crypto transactions.

Not as expected
CoinGate offers crypto payment processing, but the service is far from smooth. Transactions often get delayed, and customer support is slow to respond. High fees and occasional fund holds make the platform frustrating for both merchants and users. With better and more reliable alternatives available, CoinGate fails to deliver a seamless experience. Proceed with caution.

Overpriced, Outdated, and Lacking Support
CoinGate might seem like a solid option for crypto payments, but after using it, I found more frustrations than benefits. While it does support a variety of cryptocurrencies, the experience falls short in several key areas. First, the fees are higher than expected, especially for smaller transactions, making it an expensive choice compared to alternatives. The user interface feels outdated and clunky, making navigation frustrating rather than intuitive. On top of that, customer support is painfully slow—getting answers to simple questions took far longer than it should have. For a platform that aims to simplify crypto payments, CoinGate ends up feeling overpriced, inefficient, and lacking in user-friendliness. There are better, more responsive alternatives out there.

Good features but needs improvement
The platform offers a broad range of payment solutions for cryptocurrencies, and it’s been incredibly convenient for both merchants and users. The integration process for accepting crypto payments was smooth, and I appreciate the variety of payment options available, including support for both major and lesser-known altcoins. However, there are some areas where CoinGate could improve. For instance, the platform’s fees are a bit higher than expected, especially for smaller transactions. The user interface, while functional, feels somewhat dated, and it can be a little clunky at times. Additionally, customer support could be more responsive, as I experienced delays in getting answers to my queries. While CoinGate provides a reliable service for crypto payments, there are definitely some improvements needed in terms of user experience and support. It’s a good option, but not without its drawbacks.

A Complete Scam – Avoid CoinGate at All Costs
My experience with CoinGate has been an absolute disaster. The user interface may seem decent at first glance, but everything else is a nightmare. I submitted my documents over five times, only to have them rejected without any valid explanation. Despite providing all the necessary information, their compliance team refused to give any reason for rejection. To make matters worse, I wasted over 45 days waiting for approval, delaying my project and ruining my new year. The lack of response and transparency from their team is infuriating. I was able to get approval with the same documents from other platforms, so it’s clear CoinGate is just inefficient and unreliable. This platform is a fraud—don’t trust them with your project or funds. There are far better alternatives like BitPay that actually respect their users. Avoid CoinGate at all costs!

Worst coin gateway I used
Nothing everything is crap User Interface is bit good that's it. Compliance & Support is bogus No reason for Docs Rejection Coingate wasted my 45 days and ruined my new year, I kept my project on hold to get approval, but their team doesn't give a shit about it. I resubmitted my docs more than 5 times and go rejected all the time compliance team don't even give you the reason for rejecting my docs and you feel annoyed when you get approval with different gateway on same documents Better to go with BitPay etc
