KuCoin has been a frustrating experience, to say the least. While it boasts a wide range of cryptocurrencies and competitive trading fees, the platform feels like it's constantly playing catch-up. The interface is overcrowded and poorly organized, making it difficult to find the tools or coins you're looking for. It’s clear they’ve tried to add as many features as possible, but the result is a cluttered mess. Withdrawal times are absurdly slow, and there's a lack of transparency when it comes to withdrawal fees. On top of that, their verification process is unnecessarily tedious, making it feel like a barrier rather than a safeguard. Support is another area where KuCoin fails. When I had an issue with my account, responses took days, and when they finally came, they were vague and didn’t resolve the problem. Despite its claims of security, I’ve found the platform to be unreliable when it comes to both user experience and protecting assets. KuCoin may appeal to high-frequency traders, but for the average user, it’s an overly complicated and inefficient platform that isn’t worth the hassle.
